Valorizo muito as pausas entre as posturas (\u00e1sanas), para agu\u00e7ar a percep\u00e7\u00e3o, e foco\u00a0tamb\u00e9m em exerc\u00edcios respirat\u00f3rios (Pranayamas) e Medita\u00e7\u00e3o (Dharana e Dhyana)<\/p><p>Interessada e apaixonada pela vida e pelo conhecimento, sou instrutora de pilates, barista, t\u00e9cnica de cozinha, professora, bibli\u00f3fa,
